Job summary

Fleetwood Australia is seeking a Senior Support Analyst to optimise and support our business software across Accommodation Services operations from our Subiaco office in Perth.

You will translate operational needs into practical system solutions, lead ERP configuration, testing, training and post-go-live support, and mentor BIS colleagues. The role combines hands-on delivery with collaboration across stakeholders to improve processes, reporting and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience supporting accommodation or lease management solutions.
• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business Systems or related discipline.
• Experience delivering software implementations, system enhancements and business improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and business software applications, including configuration, testing and user support.
• Experience in project delivery, functional documentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A collaborative approach, high attention to detail and the ability to work independently when required.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, release management and database structures will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Accommodation Services stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver practical system solutions.
• Lead the implementation, configuration, testing and continuous improvement of ERP and business software platforms.
• Manage software enhancements through functional design, user acceptance testing, go-live activities and post-implementation support.
• Develop and deliver user training, documentation and ongoing system support across the business.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes, reporting, customer interactions and operational efficiency.
• Provide expert advice on software applications, troubleshoot issues and work closely with the BIS Help Desk to resolve system challenges.
• Support project delivery through effective stakeholder engagement, risk management and clear communication.
• Mentor and support BIS team members while contributing to a high-performing, customer-focused team.
