Job summary

Bayside Health in Moorabbin is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support the implementation of a common HRIS platform across Bayside Health, including SAP SuccessFactors, EC Payroll, UKG Pro, and SAP Concur.

You will work with Care Groups, deliver workshops, map processes, and ensure data integrity, with responsibilities spanning requirements, design, testing, data migration, and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Experience in a business analyst or project delivery role within an enterprise level program.
• Desirable: experience in healthcare/public health.
• Experience with SAP Concur, SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS solutions.
• Experience with enterprise HR data and/or document archival solutions.
• Experience with large-scale HRIS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all aspects of the project life cycle including design, configuration and implementation of HRIS solutions forming the common platform.
• Attend workshops and focus groups, gather requirements and translate them into effective processes and best practice system solutions.
• Research, document business process maps, functional specifications, solution designs and system configuration workbooks.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of the common platform including testing, data migration, deployment and post-implementation support.
• Assist with data integrity and compliance with EBAs, policies and local regulations.
