Fleetwood Australia is seeking a Senior Support Analyst to optimise and support our business software across Accommodation Services operations from our Subiaco office in Perth.

You will translate operational needs into practical system solutions, lead ERP configuration, testing, training and post-go-live support, and mentor BIS colleagues. The role combines hands-on delivery with collaboration across stakeholders to improve processes, reporting and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience supporting accommodation or lease management solutions.
• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business Systems or related discipline.
• Experience delivering software implementations, system enhancements and business improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and business software applications, including configuration, testing and user support.
• Experience in project delivery, functional documentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A collaborative approach, high attention to detail and the ability to work independently when required.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, release management and database structures will be highly regarded.

• Mentor and support BIS team members while contributing to a high-performing, customer-focused team.

Lead business-critical systems improvements in an ASX-listed business, delivering transformation projects from our Subiaco office.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Support Analyst to support the effective use and continuous improvement of our business software systems, with a particular focus on our Accommodation Services operations. Working closely with business subject matter experts and the wider BIS team, you will translate operational requirements into practical system solutions. You will contribute across the full system lifecycle, from requirements gathering and functional design through to configuration, testing, implementation, training and post-go-live support. This is a senior, hands-on role that will also provide guidance and mentoring to team members while identifying opportunities to improve business processes, reporting, communications and customer interactions.

You can work confidently with technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex requirements into clear and practical solutions. You bring a logical and structured approach to problem-solving, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities independently. You are also a confident communicator who can guide stakeholders through system changes, deliver training and support users throughout implementation.

What You’ll Bring
