efm Logistics is expanding its sales team in Pyrmont, Sydney. We’re seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive new business growth across the state, and build long-term customer relationships.

You will lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, set direction, and execute sales strategies to deliver sustainable revenue and gross profit growth in the logistics space.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in supply chain, logistics or related sales.
• Proven track record leading a sales team and closing deals.
• Ability to develop and execute regional sales strategies.

Aufgaben

• Deliver sustainable sales performance by achieving regional sales revenue and gross profit targets with focus on margin quality and growth.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities by understanding customer supply chain challenges and positioning efm solutions.
• Build and manage a strong new-business pipeline, ensuring opportunities are viable and aligned to efm’s objectives.
• Establish and maintain strong industry relationships with stakeholders to drive brand presence and partnerships.
• Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing sales team with clear direction and accountability.
• Implement and uphold effective sales processes and contributing to operating procedures and controls.
• Ensure timely deliverables including forecasting, reporting, proposals and milestones.
