Job summary

efm Logistics is expanding its sales team in Pyrmont, Sydney. We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead the sales function across the region, drive new business growth and build strong, long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in the supply chain/ logistics industry.
• Minimum 2 years in leadership/management with sales experience.
• Proven track record closing deals and exceeding targets.
• Ability to lead a high-performing sales team.
• Strong communication and analytical business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sustainable sales performance by achieving regional revenue and gross profit targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities by understanding customer supply chain challenges and positioning efm solutions.
• Build and manage a strong new-business pipeline, ensuring opportunities are viable and aligned to objectives.
• Establish and maintain strong industry relationships with stakeholders, prospects and partners.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team with coaching and accountability.
• Implement and uphold effective sales processes and operating controls.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of forecasting, reporting, proposals and milestones.
