Job summary

CI&T in Sydney seeks a Senior Business Development Executive to lead new business development and win high-value enterprise accounts across Australia. You will own the end-to-end sales process, build strong C-suite relationships, and drive revenue growth with outcome-based, value-driven solutions.

You will collaborate on AI strategy implementation, partner with AWS and Databricks, and steer local sales in a startup-like yet globally backed environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving top-line growth with enterprise logos.
• Digital consulting background at senior sales level is essential.
• Strong fluency in modern data stack concepts and cloud platforms (Databricks, AWS).
• Established relationships with decision-makers in Healthcare/Pharma, FSI and Retail in Australia preferred.
• Experience with outcome-based contracts and leading sales teams is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and close high-value opportunities within the Australian market.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal, negotiation and close.
• Engage CIOs/CTOs/Heads of Data to influence enterprise buying decisions.
• Forecast and manage pipeline growth and revenue with accuracy.
• Develop local ecosystem through AWS and Databricks partnerships and AI strategy adoption.
• Position CI&T with value-based, outcome-driven offerings and subscription/price models.
