You will own end-to-end deals, engage C-suite stakeholders, and shape CI&T’s AI-first offerings for the Australian market.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in driving enterprise revenue and new logos.
• Experience in digital consulting and data-driven deals.
• Strong relationships with CIOs/CTOs and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close high-value opportunities within ASX 200 and similar firms.
• Own complete sales cycle from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Engage with C-suite to influence enterprise buying decisions.
• Forecast accurately and manage complex deal cycles.
• Develop local AI strategy with AWS and Databricks partnerships.
• Position value-based, outcome-driven contracts over hourly pricing.
• Lead and grow a high-performing sales team.
