Job summary

Housing Choices Australia in Melbourne seeks an experienced Enterprise Applications Support Analyst to provide Level 1-2 support for on-premises, cloud and mobile apps, including OneHousing. You will aid in upgrades, security administration and ongoing operational support.

The role emphasizes proactive monitoring, collaboration and delivering reliable technology to support tenants and staff. A relevant IT degree and ITIL knowledge are preferred, with 6+ years in multi-app environments.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma within an Information Technology discipline.
• It is desirable to have ITIL knowledge and practical IT service management experience.
• Experience supporting multiple business applications in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and 2 application support and maintain daily operational performance.
• Assist with system upgrades, enhancements and patches.
• Support application security administration and access control.
• Monitor tech trends and advise on relevant upgrades or new capabilities.
• Assist in project planning, delivery and cross-team collaboration.
