Application Support Analyst

ISS Facility Services Australia and New Zealand

Location: Melbourne CBD office

We’re looking for an Application Support Analyst with 2+ years experience to join our Technology Solutions team. The role supports a broad range of applications (finance, workforce planning, asset management, etc.) with end‑user support, system configuration and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Level 1 and Level 2 end‑user support management.
• User training and demonstrations.
• User/security management and system configuration.
• New site implementations.
• Testing of new system enhancements.

What You’ll Bring

• Tertiary qualifications in a business or IT related discipline.
• 2+ years experience in applications support.
• Proficient with relevant software development tools and processes such as Jira, SDLC and CI.
• Familiar with IT service delivery frameworks (e.g. ITIL) and broad technical and functional knowledge of enterprise IT systems and processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, time management and organisational skills.
• A strong commercial appreciation for applications and their role in business solution delivery.
• Ability to identify and facilitate issue resolution to ensure ‘fit‑for‑purpose’ outcomes.

Essential Compliance Requirement

Australian Citizen & ability to gain a Defence Baseline Clearance.

• Experience in projects.
• Experience with Asset Management or Field Service Management technology implementation.
• Strong experience with Microsoft desktop suite, Microsoft Project.
• SDLC management, directly or through vendor partners.
• Experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics delivery.
