Job summary

Exceed Global seeks a Senior Applications Support Analyst for hands-on work across ERP, CRM, payroll and HR platforms in Collingwood, Melbourne. This hybrid role requires 3 days on-site with 2 days remote, on a 10-month contract, reporting to the Application Operations Lead.

You will own complex incidents, work with vendors on upgrades, and document solutions to support a growing user base while ensuring system stability and security.

Qualifications

• Senior application support and administration of core business systems.
• Strong SQL skills on Oracle/MS SQL Server.
• Itil incident, problem and change management in practice.
• Scripting with PowerShell or Python; integration troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support ERP, CRM, payroll, HR and integrated systems.
• Resolve production incidents and lead root cause analysis.
• Manage vendors and service providers through upgrades and fixes.
• Maintain user access, licences, certificates and SSO/MFA.
• Document the knowledge base and train end users.

Its Digital and Technology Services team runs a broad portfolio of enterprise applications, on premises and in the cloud, with a strong focus on service quality and continuous improvement.

About the role:

Reporting to the Application Operations Lead, you will keep core business systems stable, secure and improving during a period of leave. You will own complex incidents, work with vendors and managed service providers on upgrades and fixes, and leave behind clear documentation and a well‑supported user base.

Duties:

• Administer and support ERP, CRM, payroll, HR and integrated systems
• Resolve production incidents and lead root cause analysis
• Manage vendors and service providers through upgrades and fixes
• Maintain user access, licences, certificates and SSO/MFA
• Document the knowledge base and train end users

Skills and experience:

• Senior application support and administration of core business systems
• Strong SQL on Oracle and MS SQL Server

• PowerShell or Python scripting; integration troubleshooting
• TechnologyOne, Oracle CRM or local government exposure highly regarded
