Job summary

Housing Choices Australia is seeking an Enterprise Applications Support Analyst to join our IT team in Victoria. You will be the first point of contact for Level 1 and 2 support, ensuring smooth operation of on-premises, cloud-based and mobile applications, including OneHousing.

Ideal candidates have a IT discipline degree, ITIL knowledge, and 6+ years in multi‑application environments, with a track record of delivering reliable enterprise application support and contributing to project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma within an IT discipline.
• ITIL framework certification or demonstrated knowledge.
• 6+ years in a multi-application environment.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and 2 application support for on-premises and cloud apps.
• Install patches and system upgrades.
• Troubleshoot user IT issues and escalate as needed.
• Monitor trends and assist with IT project delivery.
• Support security administration for applications.
