Job summary

Davidson is seeking a Senior Applications Support Analyst to join its Application Operations team in Melbourne. You will maintain and enhance a portfolio of enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, payroll and HR platforms, across on‑premise and cloud environments.

You will lead SQL investigations, configuration, integrations, scripting and automation, and collaborate with vendors, IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure stability, security and high availability.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise applications support.
• Experience with SQL across Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience supporting application integrations and ITIL incident/problem/change management.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical and functional support for enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and ensure applications remain stable and available.
• Assist with upgrades, enhancements, integrations, scripting and automation.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams, business stakeholders and external vendors.
