Job summary

Omilia seeks a senior Solution Enterprise Consultant ANZ to demonstrate, architect, and validate Omilia's conversational AI platform for enterprise prospects across ANZ and APAC. You will partner with Enterprise Account Executives to win complex deals and ensure a smooth handover from sales to delivery.

You will design customised demonstrations, POCs, and technical proposals, build trusted advisor relationships, and translate customer requirements into actionable product feedback for Engineering.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting for enterprise SaaS or AI platforms.
• Deep familiarity with contact centre technology and CCaaS platforms (Genesys, Avaya, NICE, Cisco).
• Experience with conversational AI, NLU/NLP, IVR, or voice automation technologies.
• Ability to prototype and demonstrate solutions in a live technical environment.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns (APIs, REST, SIP, WebRTC).
• Excellent presentation and technical communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical pre-sales process for assigned enterprise opportunities in ANZ, from discovery through POC and proposal.
• Ensure technical quality and accuracy of solution designs, demos, and proposals for ANZ prospects.
• Build trusted technical advisor relationships with client stakeholders across the ANZ region.
• Translate prospect requirements into product feedback for Engineering and Product teams.
• Lead technical discovery to understand contact centre architectures and integration landscapes.
• Develop customised demonstrations, POCs, and prototypes for ANZ opportunities.
• Contribute to technical sections of RFP/RFI responses and SOW documents.
• Maintain demo environments and assets for the pre-sales library.
• Collaborate with ANZ Account Executives to devise win strategies and identify technical champions.
• Respond to technical due diligence and security questionnaires.
