Fin, the AI Customer Agent company, is seeking a transformational Solutions Engineering leader to drive mid-market and enterprise success across Intercom's AI‑powered support platform. You will shape GTM, build a world‑class team, and influence large customer outcomes with credibility and technical depth.

Based in Sydney, this hybrid role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on pre‑sales work, guiding complex six‑figure deals, crafting PoCs, and translating AI capabilities into measurable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pre-sales experience in Sales Engineer/SE roles.
• 2+ years leading technical pre-sales teams with mentoring.
• Experience selling AI, data, or highly technical products preferred.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage complex enterprise deals.
• Willingness to travel internationally approx. once per month.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve GTM strategy for Solutions Engineering.
• Lead and scale a global SE team across regions.
• Engage in strategic deals while coaching the team.
• Provide technical guidance, architecture demos, and product evaluations.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and R&D to shape solutions.
• Act as trusted advisor to large customers and execs.
• Develop reusable solution frameworks and PoCs.
