Job summary

EY Australia seeks a Lead AI Architect to own the solution architecture for a major Oceania agentic initiative, modernizing, agentifying, and integrating products used in local and global professional services delivery.

You will deliver pragmatic, cost-efficient designs leveraging generative AI and enterprise platform capabilities while ensuring alignment with architecture standards and security requirements.

Qualifications

• A working knowledge of Azure cloud architecture and AI platform capabilities.
• Experience delivering enterprise AI/agentic solutions with security and cost considerations.
• Ability to translate business needs into architecture decisions and patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead the solution and technical architecture for major Oceania agentic initiatives.
• Define target-state architecture for agentic capabilities including orchestration, knowledge retrieval, and telemetry.
• Partner with product, engineering, data, security, risk, and regional teams to define blueprints and guardrails.
• Establish reusable AI architecture patterns for cross-country adoption.
