Job summary

OutSystems is seeking a Senior Solution Architect (Pre-Sales) in Sydney for Agentic AI and Enterprise Development. You will lead strategic advisory conversations with CIOs/CTOs, translate complex AI concepts into business outcomes, and architect PoCs that connect AI agents to client ecosystems.

You bring 5–8 years in pre‑sales/solution architecture, strong web/API/integration knowledge, and hands‑on experience with enterprise software and AI platforms.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in Pre-Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Software roles with exposure to AI/ML platforms, SaaS, or AI-augmented development.
• Deep understanding of modern architectures including web development, APIs, database modeling, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Working knowledge of agentic AI concepts (autonomous agents, orchestration, MCP) and familiarity with LLMs and RAG architectures.
• Excellent communication skills translating complex tech concepts for CIOs/CTOs.

Responsibilities

• Trusted Advisory & Strategy: Lead strategic conversations with C-level executives about AI adoption, governance, and modernization.
• Translate emerging technology into tangible business outcomes that customers care about.
• Technical Evaluation & Evangelism: Deliver high-impact presentations and workshops demonstrating Agentic Systems Engineering.
• Solution Architecture & PoC Execution: Architect and deliver PoCs connecting AI agents to client systems.
• Public Relations & Brand Advocacy: Represent OutSystems at industry events and customer summits.
• Product Feedback & Alignment: Feed ANZ insights back into the product roadmap.
• Partner Enablement: Enable alliance partners to understand and sell OutSystems' agentic AI capabilities.
