Job summary

Liquid Interactive, Brisbane-based AI and digital transformation consultancy, seeks a senior Solution Architect to shape opportunities from discovery to production across enterprise AI initiatives. You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, architecture and delivery, guiding multidisciplinary teams and clients through secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

Hands-on cloud architecture across Azure and/or AWS.
Experience taking prototypes through to production at enterprise scale.
Strong knowledge of identity, integration, security, deployment and non‑functional architecture.
Experience in government, regulated or similarly high‑assurance environments.
Knowledge of AI, automation, conversational AI or LLM-based solutions and responsible AI considerations.

Responsibilities

Shape complex AI and enterprise technology opportunities with Partners and multidisciplinary teams.
Bring an architecture lens into discovery, problem definition and early solution design.
Design production-ready architectures across applications, cloud, data, integration, identity and security.
Develop clear concepts of operations describing how solutions will work in practice.
Determine where AI adds value and where deterministic approaches are better.
Shape prototypes and technical spikes to validate assumptions before major delivery.
Design enterprise AI and conversational AI solutions with controls, boundaries and assurance.
Ensure pilots have a credible pathway into production and scale.
Embed security, privacy, auditability and risk into architecture from the outset.
Work across Azure and AWS environments, including identity platforms like Entra ID and IAM.
Provide architectural leadership as solutions move from shaping to delivery.
