Martian Logic is a pioneering SaaS HRIS platform seeking an experienced Account Manager in Sydney. This high-touch role focuses on expanding and protecting revenue across key enterprise accounts while engaging SLT/ELT leaders such as HR Directors, CIOs and CPOs.

You will pivot from recruitment to account management, leveraging deep people skills and market knowledge to drive growth. Expect hybrid/work-site flexibility with ambitious earnings and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as agency recruiter or internal talent acquisition partner.

Responsabilités

• Increase and retain revenue within assigned accounts.
• Develop new business accounts.
• Liaise with SLT/ELT HR Directors, CIOs, etc.
• Contribute to roadmap discussions and growth strategy.
