Job summary

Amazon Business Australia is seeking an Senior Account Executive to own a named set of Enterprise and Strategic accounts and drive revenue growth. You will manage the end-to-end relationship, craft account plans, and lead strategic negotiations with senior stakeholders across Procurement, IT and Finance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business development, sales, or sales-engineering in tech/internet/e-commerce.
• Experience in business development, sales, or sales-engineering in tech/internet/e-commerce sectors.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

• Own a named set of Enterprise and Strategic accounts with account plan and revenue goals.
• Own the relationship for large, complex organisations from first contact to enterprise-wide expansion.
• Own the pipeline—drive outreach, keep Salesforce accurate, and represent territory in reviews.
• Build relationships up to VP/SVP level, including Chief Procurement Officers and Heads of Procurement.
• Understand customer processes to design a fitting solution and drive adoption.
• Lead complex negotiations across multiple stakeholders and functions.
• Work with partner teams including professional services, integration specialists, marketing, 3P and customer services.
• Prepare strategic account plans and written narratives for internal executives.
