Job summary

Amazon Business in Australia is seeking a senior Enterprise Sales professional to own a named portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic accounts. You will drive account plans, revenue growth, and leadership-level engagement across Procurement, IT and Finance teams.

You will manage the full lifecycle from first contact to enterprise-wide expansion, build relationships with senior leaders, and shape purchasing solutions that fit complex organisations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or sales-engineering in tech/e-commerce.
• Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay processes.

Responsibilities

• Own a named set of Enterprise and Strategic accounts with account plan, priorities and revenue goals.
• Own the end-to-end relationship for large, complex organisations from first contact to enterprise-wide expansion.
• Own the pipeline and Salesforce records; represent territory in reviews.
• Build relationships up to VP/SVP level with Procurement, Finance, IT, and Operations.
• Understand customer processes to design solutions and drive adoption of procurement capabilities.
• Lead complex negotiations across multiple stakeholders and functions.
• Collaborate with professional services, integration, marketing, and customer service.
• Prepare strategic account plans and internal narratives for executives.
