Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with adjudicated CI polygraph or Host Nation TS/PV.
• Engineering degree from an accredited university.
• 7+ years' experience with design reviews and O&M facility programs of similar size and complexity.
• 5+ years' experience as a Senior Project Manager supervising PMs, engineers and sub-contractors.
• Experience managing a multi-million-dollar project portfolio with cost and schedule control.
• Experience in 24x7x365 mission-critical environments.
• Experience building recapitalization plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical, mechanical, civil, and structural engineering support for construction/renovation activities.
• Review infrastructure changes and ensure compliance with environmental regulations and site standards.
• Manage Work Orders including resource management and stakeholder interfacing.
• Hire, train, and lead a versatile, technically savvy workforce.
• Coordinate activities to meet contract requirements and keep plant operations smooth.
• Ensure continuity of critical infrastructure operations for around-the-clock mission support.
• Evaluate facilities to prioritize upgrade projects and energy management improvements.
• Implement work processes and leverage data analysis to improve equipment reliability and cost efficiency.
• Draft reports, business correspondence, and procedures manuals.
• Communicate effectively with diverse teams and resolve operational issues.
• Uphold environmental, health & safety and regulatory standards.
• Monitor contractual obligations and regulatory changes affecting operations.
