Job summary

KBR Government Solutions seeks a Deputy Program Manager to lead 24x7 mission-critical facilities programs at a 4,400-acre site in Alice Springs, Australia. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, PMP or equivalent, and 7+ years of PM/IC experience, managing large cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Experience in 24x7 mission-critical environments supporting facilities construction, operations, and maintenance.
Strong technical, programmatic, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of FAR guidelines.
Certification: PMP, CFM, PE, FAC-P/PM Mid-Level, or DAWIA Level 2 in Program Management.

Responsibilities

Execute the SOW within cost and schedule constraints; ensure contractor personnel integration.
Interface with CO, COTR, and Chief of Facilities; deliver all contract requirements.
Manage subcontractors and oversee performance and conduct of personnel.
Oversee planning, resourcing, and execution across multiple programs/projects.
Provide financial stewardship and manage management reserves and expenditures.
Foster cross-functional collaboration to meet Government requirements.
Develop risk management plans and allocate funds for mitigation.
Maintain proactive communication with Government customers and address issues.
