Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, or Host Nation TS/PV clearance.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting programs/projects of similar scope, size and complexity.
• Knowledge of process improvement models.
• Proficient knowledge and experience in project management concepts to manage schedule, scope, cost, risk and deliverables.
• Industry recognized Quality Assurance certification, or equivalent.
• Experience providing high-quality customer service.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and deliver the Quality Assurance Plan to set guidance, expectations and direction for all SOW Service areas.
• Provide specialized technical expertise to support the QA program.
• Conduct inspections and testing to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Generate detailed inspection reports outlining work area conditions and recommend corrective actions.
• Apply knowledge of quality systems and tools to validate and verify contract standards.
• Implement performance evaluation and prediction methods to enhance safety, reliability, and maintainability.
• Align the quality management function with the performance needs of product lines.
• Manage a related discipline or sub-group within the function, ensuring the team achieves objectives.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members, fostering a culture of quality excellence.
• Participate in the development of functional strategy and global processes and procedures.
• Follow the Quality Control Plan, Quality Management System, and Flow processes.
• Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement actions.
• Develop quality inspection checklists based on SOW, TDP and SUB SOW requirements.
• Analyze quality data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Validate contractually required standards for project execution using quality systems and tools.
• Prepare Nonconformities reports and perform follow-up audits on corrective actions.
• Create Audit schedules for all active sites/services per latest TDP and track progress.
• Act as primary liaison between KBR and customer Quality Representatives at the Project level.
• Communicate effectively with diverse teams, addressing questions and operational issues.
