Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph or Host Nation clearance.
• Degree in Project Management, Civil, Construction, or Architecture from an accredited university.
• 7+ years of construction/facility project experience.
• 5+ years as Senior/Chief PM supervising project managers, engineers and sub-contractors.
• Certified professional registration.

Responsibilities

• Direct facilities construction and maintenance at each site, including document control and drawings distribution.
• Direct construction planning, safety, cost control, and scheduling activities.
• Interpret drawings and implement specifications for job sites.
• Resolve on-site technical issues during construction.
• Enforce standards supporting contract requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Hire, train, and lead a competent workforce.
