Job summary

KBR Government Solutions seeks a seasoned Business Operations Manager to lead administrative and operational facets of government services projects in Alice Springs, Australia. The role requires extensive program management experience, cross-site coordination, and a focus on efficiency, quality and safety.

The position is onsite at a large 4,400-acre facility with potential travel within the local area. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required, and candidates should be prepared to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting or equivalent
• 10+ years in progressively responsible roles; experience in large programs
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph or Host Nation PV clearance
• Strong budgeting, contract management, and program management skills
• Proven ability to lead multi-site operations and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous 24x7 operation of mission-critical environments
• Establish organizational structure and departments; define roles and improve communications
• Coordinate and streamline operations across multiple sites and programs
• Support program manager with business systems, processes, and efficiency improvements
• Maintain client relationships, provide updates and gather feedback
• Lead a skilled workforce to execute SOW requirements
• Manage work orders, resources, and contractor interfaces
• Ensure adherence to contract terms to maximize revenue and control risk
• Plan and implement large facility and logistics projects
• Drive quality and safety across all program activities
