Job summary

KBR Government Solutions seeks a skilled Project Construction Manager to lead construction projects and maintenance at a 4,400-acre facility in Alice Springs, Australia. You will manage drawings, schedules, safety, and cost control while coordinating with mission operations to ensure 24x7 reliability.

The role requires a degree in a relevant field, 7+ years in construction/facility projects, and a minimum of 5 years supervising PMs, engineers and subcontractors, plus active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Active clearance required (TS/SCI).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of construction/facility project experience.
• 5+ years supervising PMs, engineers and subcontractors.
• Experience in 24x7x365 operational environments.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Direct facilities construction and maintenance at each site.
• Lead planning, safety, cost control and scheduling.
• Interpret drawings and enforce specifications on site.
• Hire and lead a skilled workforce for operations.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and environmental standards.
• Provide 24x7 on-call support and liaison with mission ops.
