Job summary

Workskil Australia is seeking a dynamic Employer Sales & Service Lead to drive partnerships across Inner Metro Melbourne, based from Prahran, Coburg, Fitzroy, Cheltenham or Box Hill with travel between sites.

You will build and maintain relationships with employers of all sizes, identify new opportunities, support pre-screening and training programs, and collaborate with site teams to deliver employment outcomes for customers and communities.

Qualifications

• Proven success in recruitment, sales or business development.
• Demonstrated account management experience and ability to maintain strong and lasting relationships.
• Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities and maintain attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of the local labour market and the needs and expectations of employers.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills and ability to listen to feedback.
• Proven ability to work with culturally or linguistically diverse people, Indigenous clients, ex-offenders, youth and disadvantaged groups.
• Strong administration skills and the ability to develop professional and articulate written communication and proposals to employers.

Responsibilities

• Lead employer sales and servicing across the Inner Metro Melbourne region and travel between Prahran, Coburg, Fitzroy, Cheltenham and Box Hill.
• Build and maintain relationships with employers of varying sizes, identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships that create employment outcomes.
• Support pre-screening and develop training and pre-employment programs in collaboration with site teams to ensure right fit for customers and employers.
