Job summary

NT Partners in Sydney is seeking a Tier 3 technical support specialist focused on EFTPOS and POS products. You’ll handle end-to-end on-site installations, configure hardware and software, and provide ongoing technical support to merchants.

The role is office-based with field visits across Sydney and some interstate travel, demanding hands-on POS and payment device expertise and the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical support, field support or device support.
• Hands-on experience with POS systems, EFTPOS terminals or payment devices.
• Ability to pick up new tech quickly and solve problems proactively.
• Clear communication to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure POS terminals and payment hardware, ensuring connectivity.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in field and remote environments.
• Provide on-site installations and ongoing merchant support.
• Train customers and internal teams on devices and systems.
