Qualifications

• Interest in IT or electronics with good customer service.
• Reliable, punctual and eager to learn.

• Current Australian driver’s licence.
• Access to reliable transport.
• Police check, or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites to provide basic technical support and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and repair PCs, peripherals, printers, EFTPOS equipment and related hardware.
• Assist with EFTPOS installations, upgrades and swaps.
• Support basic networking tasks.
• Maintain accurate job notes, service records and stock records.
• Conduct basic asset management and equipment checks.
• Meet response times, job completion, and documentation standards.
• Deliver professional and friendly customer service.
