Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a Senior Educator in Regional Victoria, VIC, with centres across the region. You will lead a classroom, partner with families and fellow educators, and contribute to high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education is required.
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and NQS.
• Ability to lead a classroom and engage with families.
• Commitment to reflective practice and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Lead a classroom effectively, engaging with educators, families and children to implement the educational program.
• Utilise and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to deliver high-quality education program and practice in collaboration with the Education Leader.
• Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures and Requirements.
• Positively contribute to delivering the Centre and business plans.

Location: Regional Victoria, VIC – All centres are located within the Regional Victoria area in the VIC Salary Range : Senior Educators - r anging from $41.74 to 43.00 per hour + Superannuation (Dependant on qualifications and experience) Employment Type: Full-time Permanent

Your Impact!

As aSenior Educator,you will be a team player, collaborating with your peers within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children.You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

You’ll need:

• Senior Educator - Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
