Goodstart Early Learning is seeking an Early Childhood Educator to join our North Coast NSW centres. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, inclusive learning experiences while prioritising safety and wellbeing for children.

Applicants should hold a Cert III in Early Childhood Education, have at least 2 years of experience, and possess a current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.

Qualifications

• Educator role requires Cert III in Early Childhood Education.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the sector.
• Working with Children Check and First Aid are required.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS is essential.

Role: Early Childhood Educator

Location: North Coast region, NSW – All centres are located within the NSW North Coast region

Salary Range: Ranging from $40 to $45 per hour + Superannuation (Dependant on qualifications and experience)

Employment Type: Full-time Permanent

Your Impact!

As an Educator, you will be a team player, collaborating with your peers within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

You’ll Need

• Educator – Cert III in Early Childhood Education
• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Having passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom effectively engaging with educators, families and children to implement the educational program
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
• Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
• Seek and share best practice examples to improve the education program
• Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members
