Job summary

John Holland Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a detail‑driven Document Controller to manage the receipt, storage, retrieval and circulation of project documents, including design and As-built records and transmittals.

The role requires excellent organisation, strict confidentiality and the ability to coordinate with clients, sub‑contractors and the project office to keep current versions of documents up to date.

Qualifications

• Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent experience in Business or Administration.
• Degree or post-secondary school training or TAFE certificate in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources or other associated disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a robust document control system for project documents.
• Coordinate submission, distribution and archival of design, As-built, reports and correspondence.
