John Holland is seeking a Junior Document Controller in Albion, VIC to support project documentation. You will manage registers, coordinate reviews and ensure timely distribution of drawings, procedures and records across the NWPA alliance.

Ideally you have a relevant business administration qualification and experience in document control, with proficiency in MS Office and document management systems. This role offers flexible work arrangements and exposure to iconic Australian projects.

• Maintain project document registers and databases to keep records accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate review, approval and distribution of project documentation including drawings and reports.
• Proficient with MS Office and document management systems; knowledge of records management processes.
