Job summary

John Holland Group in Albion VIC invites a Junior Document Controller to join the NWPA team. You will help manage project documentation, ensure records are accurate, and support reviews, submissions and distribution across design and construction documents.

You'll bring a relevant qualification in Business Administration and experience in document control, with proficiency in document management systems and MS Office. Exposure to construction/engineering environments is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Experience in document control, administration, or a similar role.
• Proficiency using document management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of document control and records management processes.
• Exposure to project-based, construction, or engineering environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project document registers and databases, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate the review, approval and distribution of project documentation, including drawings, procedures, certifications and records.
• Ensure document submissions meet project requirements and compliance standards.
• Track, manage and communicate document issues, revisions and approvals.
• Maintain version control and ensure current documents are available to project stakeholders.
• Support the secure storage, retrieval and archiving of project records.
