Job summary

Lycopodium is seeking a Senior Document Controller to join our Perth-based team. Reporting to the Lead Document Controller, you will coordinate the project’s document management system, ensure accurate uploading, logging, filing and distribution of documentation, and verify that controlled documents meet company, client and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in document control in an EPCM environment.
• Familiar with vendor data processing and design engineering workflows.
• Proficiency with QDMS, ProjectWise and Aconex is advantageous.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and managing the project’s document management system.
• Ensure accurate uploading, logging, filing and distribution of project documents.
• Record and issue controlled project documents in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure controlled documents comply with company, client and regulatory standards.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met with accuracy.
• Manage and expedite supplier deliverables and documentation to contractual requirements.
• Collaborate within the project and document control team.
