Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in a complex fundraising environment.
• Experience delivering data-driven fundraising results and supporter insights.
• Proven ability to lead product strategy, roadmaps and end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities

• Translate fundraising strategy into technology, data and insight initiatives.
• Lead fundraising platforms, automation and analytics to deliver impactful services.
• Drive development of digital giving products and supporter experiences.
• Establish fundraising measures, reporting frameworks and scorecards.
• Partner with fundraising leaders to optimise journeys and campaigns.
• Lead data activation, analytics and predictive modelling for evidence-based decisions.
