ChildFund Australia is undergoing a major transformation, investing in digital, data and technology. As Fundraising Operations Manager, you will own and prioritise fundraising technology and operational requirements, partnering across Fundraising, Technology and Data to translate needs and drive improvements.

You will work with Digital, Data and Technology teams to balance transformation with operational effectiveness, shaping the fundraising technology landscape while ensuring current systems

Qualificações

• Experience with fundraising operations and fundraising systems.
• Able to translate fundraising needs into clear tech requirements for stakeholders.
• Experience leading CRM/operational improvement projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Own and prioritise fundraising systems, technology and operational requirements.
• Translate fundraising needs into clear business requirements and technology priorities.
• Lead continuous improvement across fundraising systems and processes.
• Lead fundraising systems projects from requirements and testing through to implementation, adoption and ongoing optimisation.
• Maintain effective data and operational governance, identifying system limitations, emerging requirements and operational risks.
• Manage technology partners and support teams through systems and process change.
