Job summary

CARE Australia in Melbourne is seeking a Digital Growth & Performance Manager to lead digital growth and optimisation efforts, driving supporter acquisition, donor retention, and revenue growth.

You will own end-to-end digital fundraising and acquisition ecosystems, ensuring investments and activity deliver growth and ROI, with a focus on UX, testing, and data-driven improvements across journeys and websites.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in digital performance marketing, growth marketing, or related field.
• Proven ability to develop and optimise digital fundraising strategies using data and audience insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in attribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement digital growth strategies to increase supporter acquisition, conversion, retention and lifetime value.
• Plan, deliver, and optimise digital marketing across paid and owned channels and design supporter journeys to lift conversions.
• Use analytics and attribution to improve campaign ROI and collaboration with data/technology teams.
• Oversee marketing technology, platforms, agencies, and supplier relationships.
• Coach the Digital Fundraising Coordinator and build digital capability within the team.
