Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced System Architect – Electrical to be the technical authority for data centre power distribution and UPS solutions across strategic accounts in the Pacific region. You will design end-to-end electrical infrastructure for data centres, advising on resiliency and best practices while shaping standards with consultants and end users.

This highly autonomous role requires deep technical expertise and a proactive, hunter mindset, engaging with hyperscalers,

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 8–14 years of experience in electrical engineering, solution architecture, commissioning, or consulting, with 5+ years in data centres.
• Strong knowledge of MV/LV power distribution, UPS, redundancy architectures, and electrical design standards.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end electrical infrastructure for data centres, from utility intake to rack-level power distribution.
• Develop power architectures including MV/LV distribution, switchgear, transformers, UPS, power monitoring, and redundancy.
• Advise customers on electrical system design, resiliency strategies, and data centre architectures.
• Influence specifications with consultants, engineering firms, EPCs, and end users.
• Lead technical discussions and defend design decisions at engineer-to-engineer level.
• Deliver technical workshops, design reviews, and solution presentations to customers and partners.
