Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced System Architect - Electrical to be the technical authority for data centre power distribution and UPS solutions across the Pacific region. You will design end-to-end electrical infrastructure and influence critical decisions with consultants, design firms, and enterprise customers.

You should bring a degree in Electrical Engineering and 8–14 years of relevant experience, including data centre environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 8-14 years of experience in electrical engineering, solution architecture, commissioning, consulting, or presales in data centre environments.
• Strong expertise in MV/LV power distribution and UPS technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end electrical infrastructure for data centres, from utility intake to rack-level distribution.
• Develop power architectures with MV/LV distribution, switchgear, transformers, UPS, power monitoring, and redundancy.
• Advise on electrical system design, resiliency strategies, and best-practice architectures.
• Influence specifications with consultants, EPCs, and end users.
• Lead technical discussions and defend design decisions with engineers.
• Partner with account teams to win strategic data centre projects.
• Deliver technical workshops, reviews, and presentations to customers and partners.
