Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a System Architect – Electrical to act as the technical authority for data centre power distribution and UPS solutions across strategic accounts in the Pacific region. The role involves engaging with consulting engineers, design firms, EPCs, hyperscalers, and enterprise customers to influence design decisions and standards.

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical Engineering.
8–14 years in electrical engineering/solution architecture/consulting or presales, with ≥5 years in data centres.
Deep expertise in MV/LV power distribution and UPS.
Knowledge of data centre electrical standards, codes and compliance.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end electrical infrastructure for data centres from utility intake to rack-level power distribution.
Develop power architectures with MV/LV distribution, switchgear, transformers, UPS, monitoring, and redundancy.
Advise customers on design, resiliency, and best-practice data centre architectures.
Lead design discussions and defend decisions with engineers and consultants.
Collaborate with account teams to identify and win strategic data centre projects.
Deliver workshops and design reviews to customers and partners.
Coordinate with mechanical and digital teams for integrated solutions.
