Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Sales Administration or similar
• Strong understanding of Customer Service principles
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Administrative and organisational proficiency
• Polite and professional demeanor
• Experience with SAP Business One (preferred)
• WMS experience is a plus
• MS Office, especially Excel, proficiency

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls
• Order entry and processing
• Use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Provide product support and handle enquiries
• Make outward bound product promotion calls
• Customer support and issue resolution
• Coordinate and book outward bound deliveries
• Represent the business professionally as the face of the company
• Support Sales, Warehouse and Shipping teams
• Process Credit Card payments and Credit Applications; maintain Customer Master Files
• Load and maintain Special Pricing Forms
• Open and backorder maintenance
