Job summary

Trs Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Construction Support Engineer to plan and perform civil works on a FIFO mining project.

Based on a 2/1 roster from Perth, you will apply sound engineering judgment and coordinate with site teams to ensure works are built to specification. The successful candidate will hold a four-year engineering degree with around 12 years of relevant experience, plus strong communication, detail orientation, and a commitment to safety, quality and environmental

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree in engineering with 12 years of related experience.
• Professional certification or registration in the applicable field, if required.
• Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders (coworkers, management, clients, vendors).
• Knowledge of local, state/province, and federal/national guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of civil works on a FIFO mining project.
• Assist site supervisors with day-to-day engineering tasks.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and client teams.
• Check drawings and ensure works meet specifications.
• Track progress, materials, and site activities.
• Maintain safety, quality, and environmental standards on site.
• Prepare basic project documentation and reporting.
