Western Work Force Pty Ltd seeks an experienced Senior Project Engineer for a short-term project in Western Australia. The role focuses on bulk earthworks with potential for ongoing work beyond the initial 3–4 months.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer in SMP, civil construction or mining.
• Strong hands-on bulk earthworks background.
• Exposure to piping works and tailings dam projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating engineering activities across the project.
• Providing technical engineering support to the construction team.
• Planning, coordinating and monitoring construction works.
• Ensuring works are delivered safely and to project specifications.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, scopes and documentation.
• Managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities.
• Monitoring progress, quality and compliance.
• Assisting with project reporting, documentation and variations.
• Liaising with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
• Supporting the Project Manager with day-to-day delivery.
