Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within the Civil/Construction sector.
• Technical knowledge of Construction, Building and Civils processes.
• Ability to evaluate costs and benefits and solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the site crew and sub-contractors on construction projects.
• Complete project proposals, budget estimates and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
