BMD Group is seeking a Civil Supervisor to oversee and deliver packages for a WA Tier 1 mining operator. You will lead an established team on an 18-month planned project, working a 2:1 FIFO roster, with a full-time permanent position.

Key responsibilities include delivering work safely and to quality standards, planning effectively, and coordinating with stakeholders across the site to achieve project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supervisory experience in construction or resources.
• Experience in civil/earthworks projects.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
• Proven communicator who can lead and influence others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver your allocated work scope safely, on time and to quality standards.
• Drive safe outcomes, applying BMD safety and cultural behaviours.
• Contribute to short and medium-term planning and scheduling.
