Job summary

GR Engineering Services Limited in Western Australia is seeking experienced Civil/Earthworks Supervisors to join our Construction team on major projects. This 2x1 FIFO role from Perth offers growth and long-term opportunities on a growing project pipeline.

The ideal candidates will have a strong trades background, 10+ years in Civil Construction supervision, and proven ability to lead onsite teams while upholding safety and quality under EPC-style project conditions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in a Supervisory capacity within Civil Construction/Earthworks.
• Trades background and ability to manage onsite contractors on large Tier 1 contracts.
• Knowledge of current safety legislation and standards in construction/mining sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong leadership abilities.
• Valid National Police clearance and the ability to pass a full medical and DAS.
• S26, current first aid and White Card are essential.
• Full and unrestricted Australian working rights; residing in Perth.

Responsibilities

• Enforcing safety protocols, providing training and support for all personnel.
• Cultivating a positive, productive work culture for a diverse trades team.
• Reviewing site plans to align with project objectives throughout construction.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
• Ensuring compliance with GRES/Client policies, standards and safe work procedures.
