Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health or Counselling with professional registration.
• Experience providing complex case management, crisis intervention and risk assessment.
• Experience managing critical incidents and high-risk situations.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through coaching and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with training ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex case management for wellbeing, safety and inclusion concerns.
• Manage serious student incidents and provide expert advice and risk assessment.
• Provide leadership, clinical guidance, staff training and partnership development.
• Strengthen referral pathways and continuous service improvement.
