Job summary

The University of Western Australia is seeking a Complex Case Manager to lead complex case work within Student Health and Wellbeing. The role focuses on trauma-informed, student-centred support and coordinating internal and external services to promote safety and success.

You will provide leadership and clinical guidance, deliver staff training and strengthen referral pathways while working within a high-impact university environment in WA.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, Counselling or related discipline with current registration/membership.
• Extensive experience in complex case management, crisis intervention, risk assessment and coordinated care.
• Experience managing critical incidents and high-risk situations with sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex case management for students with wellbeing, mental health, safety or inclusion concerns.
• Manage serious student incidents with expert risk assessment and guidance to stakeholders.
• Provide leadership, clinical guidance and training to strengthen student support and referral pathways.
