Qualifications

• Extensive experience providing case management and therapeutic interventions to a diverse group of students with multiple and complex needs, including assessment, crisis and short-term intervention.
• Ability to manage complex clinical problems and situations requiring immediate intervention.
• Proven ability to develop, deliver and evaluate effective programs and training that focus on student wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex case management services to students experiencing multiple and complex issues impacting wellbeing, including acute mental health, high-risk domestic violence, sexual assault/harassment, diversity and inclusion.
• Assist the Complex Case Manager and Student Critical Incident Response team by coordinating responses to student critical incidents.
• Provide comprehensive case management for vulnerable domestic and international students, including needs assessment, referral and coordination of internal and external services.
